What is a block?

One Block = 2 hours of expert L&D support you can use flexibly

How do block packages map to time?

  • Starter: 3 Blocks (6 hours) — use within 1 month

  • Boost: 6 Blocks (12 hours) — use within 3 months

  • Growth: 10 Blocks (20 hours) — use within 6 months

  • Scale: 20 Blocks (40 hours) — use within 9 months

What can we use Blocks for?

Anything within my L&D skillset: L&D strategy, programme/workshop design, leader/manager coaching, team sessions, launch/rollout support, light learning content/toolkits, diagnostics and action plans, and simple ROI/impact tracking.

Can multiple people use the Blocks?

Yes—share across leaders/teams. Please nominate one internal point of contact for prioritisation and sign-off.

What’s included?

An initial scoping/kickoff, a shared Block/time log, and a short feedback/summary note after each sprint or milestone.

How do you show impact/ROI?

We agree success criteria up front and track inputs → outputs → outcomes. You’ll receive a short impact note at the end of your plan (or monthly for larger plans).

How quickly can we start?

Usually within 5–10 working days. For urgent needs, we’ll try to carve out early sprints.

How do we pay?

Plans are prepaid by invoice (bank transfer). Receipts provided for procurement.

Is there anything blocks do not cover?

I don't advise or deliver on topics such as health & safety, legal HR issues, technical or specialist subjects. I'll always be honest on what I can and can't do.

What’s not included (or might need extra scope)?

Travel time, travel costs, other out-of-pocket expenses, and any requests requiring outsourced delivery (we’ll flag and agree before proceeding).

Do unused blocks roll over?

No, unless agreed in advance (e.g. delivery is booked for a future date).
I’ll remind you ahead of expiry and help you allocate remaining time Expired time isn’t refundable.

What’s your reschedule/cancellation policy?


≥ 48 hours’ notice: no charge.
< 48 hours: the booked time may be deducted (we’re reasonable in genuine emergencies).
