I’m Julie, founder of Talent Forward — your partner for people development. I bring over a decade of experience designing and delivering learning that truly lands, helping leaders, teams and organisations make progress that lasts.

I've supported boardrooms to front-line. Delivered global programmes, working with Knight Frank, Capgemini and Fujitsu. Partnered with Lancashire businesses - translating ambitious people strategies into practical, measurable results.

As a qualified Executive Coach, Business Advisor, and Marketer, I bridge strategy with delivery — ensuring every learning initiative is focused, human, and tied to real business outcomes.

Based in Lancashire, I work closely with local and regional businesses that want strategic L&D without the complexity. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and built on the belief that learning should create visible change — not just tick boxes.
